Gombe State University currently has six faculties and these faculties offer a variety of courses. Which includes, Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Sciences, College of Medicine, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Faculty of SBRS.

Admission Requirements

 

  • A minimum of five O’ level credit passes obtained in not more than two sittings in WASSCE, SSCE, NECO, GCE (O/L) or any other examination that is acceptable to the University Senate qualifies the applicant for admission through UME. The candidate must have passed the English language and Mathematics at credit level.


Note: Credit in Mathematics are for all Science Based Courses.

  • must be at least 16 years be he/she can be offered Admission

  • in addition to above requirements stated above,  Candidate must meet specific departmental Requirements
