Admission Requirements


Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following Full Time (Regular I and II) and Part Time (Weekend) programmes in Imo State Polytechnic, Umuagwo.

   Entry Requirements into ND Programmes (Regular II):



  • Admission is through UTME and you must score a minimum of 150 and above in the just concluded JAMB Examination.

  • Must have five (5) CREDITpasses at O/level at a maximum of two sittings as specified in


JAMB Brochure

  • JAMB requirement is a minimum of four (4) relevant subject combinations which must


include English Language and Mathematics

    Entry Requirements into HND Programme:



  • Must have ND in Relevant courses


 

  • Must have five (5) CREDITpasses at O/level at a maximum of two sittings as specified in


JAMB Brochure

  • A minimum of one (1) year post ND cognate working experience in field of specialization for


those with a minimum of Lower Credit.

  • JAMB score printout during the ND level admission
