Federal University Oye Ekiti is a government owned and operated Nigerian University. The university is in the ancient City of Oye-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria. The University formation was led by President Goodluck Jonathan in 2011.

 



 

 

General Admission Requirement


 

Undergraduate Programme


100 level

  • Candidate seeking Admission to Federal University Oye Ekiti must meet the following requirements



  1. Candidate must be 16 years of age before he/she can be admitted into the University and must obtained UTME cut-off score of 180 and above.

  2. All Candidates must possess a minimum of Five(5) ‘O’ level credits obtained at not more than two sittings in subjects relevant to their proposed courses.


Direct Entry



  • Candidate seeking Direct Entry admission into the University must possess a minimum of Upper Credit at National Diploma or its equivalents.

    220 – 240 – Medicine (O’ Level result with one sitting only) and Nursing
    200 – Mass Communication, Common Law, Pharmacy, Anatomy, Physiology
    190 – Computer Science, English Language, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Geology, all engineering courses except Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering.
    180 – All other courses
